Hoodia is one of the top weight loss diet supplements used today. In general the conventional wisdom is that hoodia is great for helping you brain think that you are full. If you are starting to consider the use of hoodia, you may be wondering if there are any side effects associated with it's use. Let's take a look.
Found in the Kalahari desert in South America, hoodia is a plant known as a succulent that resembles a cactus in appearance. It is a fairly thin, prickly plant that often features large blossoms that are peachy-pink in color. There are different species of hoodia, and the one that offers weight loss potential is hoodia gordonii.
Currently there are no documented side effects from hoodia use. Because the plant is all natural, and non pharmaceutical probably has a large part to do with it. Due to the non side effect benefit, it is very popular for use.
